Upgrade...
Probably more Old Fart style instead of old school. I wanted some wider rims for my DD, but I wanted them to be able to look nice, hold up in the ugly places I drive, and be easy to care for. I opted for rims you don't see folks going after much these days, painted wagon wheel spokes. I like them on my 70 and thought (and still do) think they look good on the newer truck. My neighbor gave me the tires for the rear, so I can't complain for now. 16x8 US Wheels with 4.5BS. Tires are 265/70x16 rear and 255/70x16 front.
Rides and handles better with the slightly bigger footprint. So I am upgraded for about $250.

Re: Upgrade...
Different wheel choice, but I kind of like them. I think it looks pretty slick!
Nice job!
