some people!!!!!!!!!!

financial situations forced me to consider selling my 70 pu, so i ran it through a public auto action today, now it is a 70 gmc 4x4 short step, 2nd owner ,80k original miles, tach, 4spd, with plow,3.73 posi front and rear factory, spot light, very nice interior, just very light damage to right cab coner from hunting mishap, need some work on rear fender but definately workable, anyway, the higest bidder was 2,800.00 dolllars......i gues not everybody appriecates our trucks like we do..... of course i did not sell it but still... i just pisses me off..... thanks for letting me vent i feel better now......

People are looking for extreemly good deals at those auctions. You are lucky it went that high. If you want to auction it and get what it is realy worth, take it to carslile swap meet. You would probly do well there. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

truck

i set the resverve at the auction at 5,500 i though if someone got close i'd let it go,now i'm still pissed about he auction i don't know if i'll sell it. well when i saw everyone looking at it and TOUCHING IT ....hehehehe right then i felt like taking the truck home....even had to yell at a pack of kids reving the hell out of the engine...i think what i'll do now is sell the 71 blazer i had planned on restoring to make room in the garage for the pickup, get rid of the plow and start fixing her up, i probally wouldn't find another step in as good condition to start with so maybe i'll keep her [hopefully finanicial situation will even out]
