Those features are available in a significant array of shock offerings. The features in the Fox units that you didn't list really boil down to lots of travel and the look of an external reservoir.

The former isn't required (or even valuable) for typical lowered suspensions. The latter is a matter of taste (these happen not to suit mine... others may like the look).
