I don't think it will spread (to much work involved.)

but don't be suprised to see a 67-72 kustom "lead sled" in the future.
There are plenty of young up and coming lead slingers out there thinking outside the box.
Unfortunatly we will probably see a few trucks that wont get everyones approval.
I doubt everyone likes the work of Winfield, Hines, Barris, Starbird etc.....
and I know alot of the hot rodders look down on trucks.
but I think most of us here would agree that ..Trucks > cars

Here is an example of a mild kustom truck George Barris built. I know this truck doesn't wear a skirt
but I think it could definetly pull it off.

Ok, So I'm sitting here playing Battle Ship with my Daughter and it dawned on me....... not everyone is a fan of green paint.

So i decided to change the color to please everyone.

Re: fender skirts?

There was a video on here of a Lt. Green GMC with skirts a while back. It didn't look to bad. I actually think it would look good on a slammed truck with wide white walls.

yeah ill get some better pics eventually, right now its crappy winter here in michigan so i got it parked away in the backyard. truck is to big for my little garage and it really bothers me to leave such a solid truck outside through this weather. maybe i should cut it into a short bed just so i can get it in the garage.
