Nice. I see it's a custom model too... are you planning on keeping all the chrome trim?

Re: Slammed 66 In the Works

Looking good. I have to say...I'm quite jealous because I had searched for years for a Custom Cab GMC before I finally settled for my '63. As you can see from my sig, I'm still putting in a Pontiac engine. Keep us posted on your progress.

We are many!

And I grew up on 185th and Baseline, and spent a lot of my formative years around the Dixie Mountain Road area...

See you at the Elephant Garlic Festival.

And getting back on track, the '66 looks good!

Re: Slammed 66 In the Works

I'm going to do away with all of the trim and make her all nice and sleek haha. I'm going to have a heck of a time geting all the trim holes welded up and smooth. Thats my next goal after my lowering. Oh ya 66farmer im going to do 7 in the back and 5 in the front cause im doin a big block so hopefully everything lays out nice with the motor in it.

Re: Slammed 66 In the Works

Mr Slammed it sounds like you have a good plan and I will be looking foward to your progress. I'm doing a big block as well. Mr Oregon thanks for the note, my wife lived by 185th and baseline as well, now we have a tree farm above Pumpkin Ridge Golf Course. I have my drag truck (73 chevy luv) in the Garlic fest car show most every year if you see it these year stop by and say hi
