Dont feel bad. I've done this myself. Haven't since though. Think about this when you put in another tranny and this wont happen

Okay kids, the TH350 is at the transmission shop.

Shop dude says they're going to pull the pump anyway - so it should be good when he finishes. The welder guy left the inside of the bell housing covered in aluminum dust cause his compressor died, but shop dude says don't sweat it.

The welding is perfect - with nice beads, inside and out and he also reamed out the thrust pin hole. Now we'll shoot for square one again - in a couple of days.
