tach wiring diagram?

im putting a factory tach in my jimmy but dont know how the wires hook up to it! if anyone has a link to a diagram of can talk me through it would be great

2 wires needed for HEI (don't have any trucks with points)

1 wire from the back of the tach (marked coil) to the tach post on the HEI on the engine (spade connectors on each end) - light brown wire from factory if you are going for that look.

1 wire from the back of the tach (marked 12v) to an ignition unfused connection on the fuse block under the dash - could use the cigar lighter opening if you don't have a lighter.

That is it...
