truck im buyin...

like the title says this is a truck that im buyin, let me know wat u guys think... thanks.
its a 71 c20, 2wd. i dont really want a 3/4 ton, but for the price i cnt pass it up. im only payin 650 for it.
it need a head gasket, a pinion gasket, heater core hooked up, and i got a chrome air cleaner for it, i got all that with the truck... its a v8 with a 350 i believe, feul gauge doesnt work, dont know y. the floor is in great shape, and i dont know about the cab supports. im sure theres other things, but ill let u guys know, so maybe yall could help me... thanks again guys...

engine, trans? how much you payin? looks like a decent start. how are the cab supports, bed floor?

You really can not beat that price, good find.
The pic that would worry me would be the corner of the cab, and I would check the rockers too.

above windshield, rockers,cab corners, cab floor,cab supports,bed floor/sills(braces), core support usually at the bottom under the battery. those are usually the places. if there is rust above the windshield you might be better off looking elsewhere unless you got a welder or have time and $$ for another cab.

$650 is a great price. As mentioned the upper windshield where it meets the roof would be one of the most criticle areas where rust would concern me.

Yeah good start for the money, swapping to a 1/2 suspension isn't that bad. or hard just have to have plenty of elbow grease.

thanks, and i actually gotta find the stuff before i know how much elbow grease to use...
