Be careful getting the title through AL. My dad did 2, one about a year ago and another about 4. This past summer the DMV officer came to his house and had a talk with him. He did not get in any trouble, but the officer said NC was trying to put a stop to these titles.

hey guys yall all have great ides. I was told that OR dmv does not require title so i did go ahead and sighn an wel see. If this dont work can somebody help explain the bonded title please?

This is correct Trooper (Apache Daddy I spent time on Gruber Road in the 70's myself), there are forms avalible at the DMV with a checklist of what you need, a DMV inspector looks things over to see if all is kosher, and they give you a provisional title for a period of time. Finding a bonding company can be problematic though but try your insurance company first. Also, at least here in Greensboro, if you call the inspectors they are very frank with you, which is refreshing.
