There might have been a day, back when I was first learning how to weld, when I layed down a bead that looked like that!

Good thing I got better! Here's what a few hours of welding experience can do!

I am glad there is hope for me because that is what my welds look like. lol ... granted I have a 110 volt stick welder with about 2 hrs using it but I am planning on buying a miller soon. (-: I looked at the pic and my first reaction was atleast I am not the only one that sucks at welding.

A good machine and lots of practice is what it takes! I purchased my first welder 9 years ago. It was a Miller 210, and we still use it every day for production wedling. My dad showed me the ropes, and then it was practice, practice, practice from there. I figured out a few things along the way (miles and miles of wire burnt). With enough practice you can get really good.
