Re: Hi i am new here,

Hey, welcome to the board from Philadelphia. Nice 83/88. Check out Gchemist's front end swap. Lot's of work in that. Looks good with the "new" taillights-

Re: Hi i am new here,

Hi Pat: Welcome to the Board from sunny So. Calif. BTW, I have the same Sir Michaels roll pan on my truck. I've never had a problem with it, until I checked the CA Vehicle Code and found out that that set-up is illegal. Never been cited nor have I ever come close to being rear ended. And Sir Michaels is based in CA.! Go figure.... And congrats on picking up a fine square body.

Re: Hi i am new here,

Very nice work your brother did!

Good to have someone like that around to take advantage of

I'd say, take those mirrors off, fill the holes and turn your head behind you if you need to look that way.

OH... btw (I've got a set of 18s that would look killer on that truck);

Here they are still on my truck before I replaced them with 20s:

Re: Hi i am new here,

Nice ride, and welcome from deep in the heart of Maryland. Seeing as your brother is handy with metalworking, have you ever thought about recessing in the front license plate into the bumper? I like your painted bumper with the deleted turn signal lenses too.

that is quite funny that it's made there, but is illegal lol

thanks everybody for the welcome. I'm open to wheel ideas, I'm not sure what looks best, gotta look around.

as for the console, it is just a generic one that sets on the seat, but now sets on the shelf in the garage

I have a GT Grant steering wheel the same as yours only it doesn't have the horn guts, is it possible to to get a pic of whats under the button? if I can't it to work I will use the cruise control button as a horn.
