what front end to use

I'm in the process of tearing down and redoing my 65 c10 step side and Im wanting to swap out the front end with a newer model and Im not sure if I should use the A arms and spindles off of a 67-72 (since I also have a 71) or a 73-87 setup because I'm getting my motor out of a 5 model that I picked up. What do you guys think?
