454 oil capacity?
hey guys,
everytime i've done an oil change in the past i've been up on the rigs and i just pump out of an oil drum. now that i'm at home i need to pour in jugs of oil. so what is the oil capacity of my 454?

Stock size pan on an 82 holds 5 quarts..

My 78 454 holds five quarts in the pan plus one quart in the filter. Total: Six quarts
