I ran 4 valves on my 88 for years and drove it daily. It It had hardly any air transfer in corners.But I still have my front sway bar and stiff slam ES-72s.

You could try it and if you dont like the way it drives. Just add more.Youre not going to crash cause youre truck leans in corners.

With 4 valves, the lean will likely be significantly more than even a stock vehicle with stock suspension. Rubbing/cutting tires is not a good thing. Increasing the body roll characteristics beyond what the factory thought was safe is not a good thing.
