I say you cut some steel between the ash tray and the glove box, then weld another ash tray to the original, extend the pivoting parts and have 4-way controls and 2 (dual pressure) gauges in the ash tray. Thats what Ill do if I ever have money for bags.

That's what I'll be working on in the next month, plenty of pics to come. I'm looking through street rod catalogs for a gas door suitable for the bed floor. I'll let you know if I find anything.

Im going to have either a door like Greg stated or just have it flush mounted to the bed floor with a flat area around it.

COOL truck......welcome. My setup is very similar but I have a four way system. A digital gauge might fit in the ashtray if you put the switches somewhere elso. Late model trucks have a nice little overhead console that looks perfect for putting some gauges in also.
