$3,000!!! That steering wheel better do more than what's shown. Heck for taht much I'll wire up some small gauges onto a steering wheel and save the $$$.

On of my next "mod" projects for my truck is to make a KITT (Knight Rider) scanner for the front of my grille w/ LEDs & hook it up to a switch & my alarm... that would kick ass!

If I'm paying that much for a steering wheel, I at least want it to look like a steering wheel that hasn't been in a wreck! I'm not a fan of the goofy shapes. However, the steering wheel controls are very nice to have. Had them in a Maxima and got very spoiled.

For 10K you can get the Formula 1 steering wheel (very similar looking) with paddle shifters. Only 200K more for the tranny to go with it

Thank you. If I still post frequently on say sportruck.com, I woulc have tons of names to choose from.

Bruce,
You are probably right about the staring. I catch myself looking at the HUD of mine, and the display on the Vette all the time. It is cool to watch it calculate your instant MPG based on how much you have your foot in it.

Damn you guys. What im trying to say is, if the steering wheel was to give you head you would also have to pay a monthly usuage fee, kinda like your cell phone. You buy it then you pay to use it.

That's kind of like the wheels they use on Formula One or Indy cars. I seen them talking about the wheels on some TV show. The way the wheel is shaped, it's not meant to be turned all the way around. I can imagine how it would be to drive down the road with one of them. I would get killed or kill someone for sure. I have a hard enough time keeping my eyes off my gauges as it is now.

And I'm not getting involved in the head subject of this thread.
