They are per each and no shipping is not included.

Not that I am aware of....should be a complete bolt in and plug in installation.

Yes, they come with H4's or you can upgrade to our Putco premium lifetime warranty bulbs in various colors for 22.90 pair OR go HID/Xenon.

60/55 watt.

We also have higher wattage units and custom wiring harnesses.
