bouncing while braking

I had this problem on my '83 ever since I bought it some 8 years ago. When I'm coming to a stop it feels like is bouncing.First I thought that the drums were out of round so I had them turned and I did a complete break job front and back,I also replaced the shocks on all four corners.I replaced the original 7" rallies with a set of 8" and replaced the old tires once. I gave up on it but I figure some of you may know a fix for this.

Are the rear leaf spring bushings worn out allowing the rear end to move?

I had a problem like that, it was the belts in one of my front tires that was bad. Shook and bounced real bad when I hit the brakes. New tires fixed it.
