Here's those pics of the under dash pedal assembly

well not exactly a step by step, but here it is installed in a 67. I wasn't quick enough to run out there to get the install shot, but let me run you throught the process.

1. Make 2 flat plate brackets.

2. weld a piece of tubing in between.

3. bolt to pedal assembly

4. tack in place

5. unbolt pedal assembly and weld in.

If these pedals were ShamWows they'd sell themselves, LOL. Seriously though, I think he had mayb e an hour and a half in the install plus making the brackets.
