spring width

Are the springs from a 70 and later years the same width?Thanks

I guess my real question is can I run a lift off of an 87 chevy 1/2 ton in my 70 blazer?

The spring it self is the same width, but the bushing is wider in the late springs. The late springs are also a little bit longer. It has been a while, I dont remember by how much. You can use the spring mounts off of the late model truck and then use the late springs. If you are going to all that trouble, you may as well go with 52"s. Doityoursels4x4 has some pretty trick brakets to run the 52s.

I was planning to go the 52 route. these springs were just so cheap and local for once.
