I have a 1995 Chevy Extended Cab 2 wheel drive p/u. I took off the stock p235/75r15 tires and wheels and put on 32.5 BF Goodrich tires. Of course now it bogs on the highway because of the larger tires. Does anyone have any suggestions of what size gears I should change to? I think my stock gearing is 3.55.

You might look into a set of 3.73 or 4.10's. They are common on 4x4 stock GM's. Before you do anything, verify you existing gear ratio with a local GM Dealer Parts Dept., (they can give you the factory ratio by using the placard in the glove box), then you might try and contact actual gear manufacturers or possibly Summit Racing and see what they might recommend to get you back to your previous performance. When you have changed the gear ratio have your speedo recalibrated.

look for the codefor your rear end in the glove box...
GT4-3.73 GU6-3.42 GT5-4.10 GU4-3.08 G80 is for posi-trac most will say 4.10 but your going to notice your gas hand falling faster than before I'm running 285's BF with 3.42 in a 4x4 but going to look for a 3.73 this summer
