Factory Silver Paint?

I don't know how accurate this PPG page is, but it shows a silver Poly color on it for 69 Chevy trucks. Does anyone know if there was actually a silver truck. Better yet, does someone have a picture of one with an original paint job of this color?

Re: Factory Silver Paint?

That's what spurred this question in my head. A few months ago I saw a 67-68 (don't remember which it was) that was silver. It had sat in front of a house for what looked like a while. The silver paint appeared to be original, but it might have just been a 20 year old repaint or something. Anyway, I saw the truck quite a bit last summer by the lake, but when I went by it again the other day it was gone. Now my curiosity is worse than ever. I love silver trucks. It was the only one I had ever seen that I thought might be originaly that color.
