does anybody have there trucks dropped w/ coilovers any pics would help

There are a few trucks here that have coilovers with the stock crossmember. It can be done but it takes some work trying to figure out the correct spring. There is also a fair amount of modifications to do.
I was looking into going to a coilover, but decided to save some money and get the C4 dropmember. Search should be able to find some threads with pics.
