gauge hookup

do the oil pressure line and the temperature gauges from a 6 cylinde hook up on a v8? and pictures anyone? thanks guys and where do they hook up on the v8?

I have a buddy who went from a 6 to an 8 and he never mentioned having to change the senders...I would think they are the same. The V-8 oil sender is on the back of the block behind the dizzy and the temp sender can go in either head or on the intake manifold.

No but it goews on the block right behind the intake where the dizzy is. It's a tube with a fitting on it that has a hex sided line nut and threads on the end. It screws into the block on the mating surface wherre the intake goes.
