Hard Pipe radiator hose assembly for a 4-5-6 Chevy truck V8

Replacement kit to restore the original "hard pipe" radiator hose arrangement found on the '64-'66 Chevy trucks with a 283 or 327 and three core or four core Harrison radiator. This set-up may have been used on other years, but I am unsure, so please check your application.

The kit includes "factory-correct" hard pipe (1 each), starter hoses (2 each-1 at water inlet & 1 at radiator inlet) and hose clamps (4 each). The hard pipe is painted Underhood Black, like the original equipment. This assembly is not available from the aftermarket and a formed hose with the correct bends is tough to find.

The complete "hard pipe" radiator hose assembly is $40.00, plus $9.00, packaging & shipping, via UPS or FedEx (with tracking). I accept money order, cashiers check or PayPal (at dynamiccontracting@sbcglobal.net) and will ship kit within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Here are a few pictures of this setup installed on my '66 Chevy C20 Custom Camper lwb fleetside truck with a factory 327 and a factory Harrison 4-core radiator. If you are looking for the factory look, fit and finish, this is a great fit for your application.

Please let me know if you are interested in this kit or other 4-5-6 Chevy trucks parts in the future.

Re: Hard Pipe radiator hose assembly for a 4-5-6 Chevy truck V8

I made up several for my own trucks and had a few extras I thought I would try to sell on the site. I figured if I offered the entire assembly, including the hard pipe, starter hoses and hose clamps, it would be a turn-key bolt-in for a clean swap.

Let me know if I can help you or other forum members with one of these set-ups.

cool! nice looking product!
what kinda pipe are they?
do they have the raised ring on the ends to help retain the hose?
hopefully you will still have one when i'm able to make it up that way.

Thanks. They are painted, galvanized pipe like the original unit and have the raised end to retain the hose and clamp.

Here is what the loose hard pipe looks like without the starter hoses and clamps, installed on the truck.

Re: Hard Pipe radiator hose assembly for a 4-5-6 Chevy truck V8

I have sold a few of these on eBay for $49.95, plus shipping, so I am selling them on this site for $40.00, plus shipping. I have installed four of these set-ups on my 4-5-6 Chevy trucks with factory 283 or 327 V8 engines.

Let me know if you need one...I have a few more left in stock.
