68 C-50 brake question

I'm getting my 68 C-50 running. (V8 327 Dump truck)

I get no resistance when applying the brakes. Master Brake Cyl has fluid so my first matter of business is to bleed the brakes. My question is does anyone know if these C-50 trucks are purely hydraulic or are they air over hydraulic?

By the 1971 book I have it looks like they are either air or hydraulic, not both. The book shows six different hydraulic brake configurations and has a different bleeding sequence depending on which configuration the truck is equipped with... Does it have one cylinder on each side in the front or two?

Lock doc is asking about the wheel cylinders, behind the brake drums at each wheel. Does it have one or two?

If it has air brakes, it would have a rather large air compressor attached to the front of the motor.
