which should i go with for the suspension rebuild on my truck? and why should i choose one over the other?

BTW, i'll be dropping it 5/7.

i think i'm gonna use the poly graphite ones, i think its the pst kit. they are supoosed to not squeak or somthin. if i get mine before you get yours i'll let you know how it is

By all means, go with polygraphite. You can't grease control arm bushings after they are on and it will start squeaking after awhile with regular urethane. Only thing I don't like about polygraphite is they only come in black.

I had polygraphite bushings on a vehicle once and they squeaked like a mother. I don't know if I believe they are self lubricating. They might be better than plain polyurethane but I don't see how. I've talked to others with that had the same results. If you don't want squeaking, use rubber.

I have used both and was happy with either one. The one of choice currently is PST.

i think im gonna go against the recomendations. i'll be using the Energy Suspension bushings, in blue no less.

my truck is going to be black, with grey and blue accents, i think the blue bushings will add a nice touch of detail to the suspension/chassis.
