Seat belt Help! Kid on the way, need better belts!!!
Ok guys, I know that I am touching on a subject that has been brought up several time.. I am looking to put new seat belts in the 66. I have two cheezy belts in there now that are not stock. I really want to find a belt that self retracts on the sides.. Any body ever bought belts out of another rig or car and used them in there 60-66. I am looking for ideas.. And pics would be great..
I don't want to have to switch over to lap and should if I don't have too.. I just want Mamma and Jr to ride all summer with me to the car shows and have nice belts... Thanks guys

If you guys have the bolt hole in the B-pillar of the cab like the 67-72s, the 1st gen S10 belts work really well.

These are the belts that are in my truck. Luca used to sit in the middle facing me. He was 6 months in this picture and if you look next to him you can see the base for his car seat. Just a lap belt.

When my kiddo was brand-new I had a similar base. The lap belt actually was able to snug down tighter across the bottom piece then my wife's toyota's shoulder belt!
Even with a normal car seat, it tightens down really well with the simple lap belt.

How about a set of these for factory lap/shoulder belts? I have never seen a set of these in person, however, I now know why so many cabs have the "existing weld nut" on the "B" pillar by your ear.

Check out www.juliano's.com. They have what ever you need for bench seat or buckets. Retractors also

I have a set of retractable shoulder belts from juliano's(mentioned above) for a bench seat in my '65 c10 with a bench seat.
I have also read good things about this companies belts from other people with trucks like ours: http://gemstreetrods.com -W |

I put in belts in my truck as well for my kids. I just went to the wrecking yard and pulled the belts from the back-seats of G-bodys (Regal, Cutless, MonteCarlo, etc.)
I install three lap belts in my truck, using 1/4 plate and weld nuts on various locations in the floor...
