63 Double hump dash in a 65
Has anyone ever put a earlier c-10 dash in a later truck. I am thinking of doing it to my project.

I have thought about doing the same. however, it looks as if the ends will need a lot of sheet metal work to blend in with the a-pillar style of the 64-66 pickups. Other than that I dont see any reason why it would not work.

Re: 63 Double hump dash in a 65
I had put one in my old cab, but due to rust I have another.
Now I get to start over. I am also using the 60-63 door panels. Its a bit of work, but I will have the only '63 with a cheap windshield. I was very pleased with the first one, but did not finish the ends out. When I get back to mock up, i'll post some pics.

Most anything is possible if you have the desire and the skills to make it happen. Check out "My 1965 Build Thread" by Alan's classic, he put a '59 Impala dash is his '65. A little different, but might give you some ideas.
