The pedal rod support is the triangular plastic piece bolted to the engine side of the firewall. It supports the rod that runs from the back of the gas pedal to the linkage on the carburator.
Not looking to buy a used one just wanting to know if they are still available? LMC, Classic parts, Early classic did not have them on their web sites or in the catalogs. This may be a special part that has to be manufactured at a machine shop. |

Gotcha... I see them in junkyards when I do happen to find an old 67-72 truck but I have never seen the piece in a parts catalog. I sure thought it was a metal piece though.
