filler hoses?

is there a way to bend bulk hose at home with heat or something?
i think $30/side is bogus for 3' of hose!

Pre-shaped hoses are plugged with mandrels and/or inserts prior to curing the hose.

I just bent some muffler tube to fit and used short pieces of hose to connect, used tygon hose for the vent / burp line, zip tied to the tubing. It ain't pretty but, it's rattle can black and out of sight. Cheap too. Paul
