I ran a aluminum flywheel once upon a time in one of these trucks. I used a new then centerforce clutch and m22 with a 350 and tunnel ram/solid lifter .570 crane came. The flywheel will definitely let the rpms come up but in a heavy truck the heavier flywheel will workout better in the end. Motor would RPM up quicky but come down just as quick. From past experience you don't want to do it, spend the money on something else.
