hei help
i have a factory hei from the 80's i was wondering if i could use this for now until i can afford a newer one,my question is how can i wire it in to my 67's existing harness and it has a four pin plug harness?

Yes it will work fine. The only wire you need to hook to it is a 12v from the ignition to the BAT terminal. If you have a tach that lead will hook up to the TACH terminal opposite the BAT terminal.

If it has the centrifical & vacuum advance systems it will work fine. If not you will loose a lot of power & fuel mileage.

Just make sure you get 12 volts to the HEI.
I learned the expensive way, that the stock hot wire is a low voltage wire. I fried a new MSD module, not to mention a tow ride home. Funny thing is, on my '70 camaro Z28, I dropped an HEI in and hooked up the tach and everything worked just great. But my tach won't work with the stock distributor with points setup.
