technicly the 250 was base equipment on the CS and KS trucks, and the 283 (67 only) and 307 was base equipment on the CE and KE trucks. The engine family (inline 6, V6 *gmc only* and V8) required it's own model number.
There were millions and millions of inline 6 trucks built in 67 - 72. The power steering, if original is a rare find, and valuable parts. |
