No Rear Brakes....

Hey guys, I am just wrapping up my truck after being apart after swapping to front disc brakes, drop spindles, power booster/master cylinder, and 4 corner airbag conversion. The rear drums were untouched (for the moment).

Anyway, I had the truck in the air to bleed the brakes and after I was finished I started the truck and put it in drive to test everything while still off the ground. Well as my luck would have it, I have ZERO rear brakes, not even enough to stop the axle while off the ground. The front brakes work fine. I know I have fluid making it back there because I had plenty of brake fluid coming out of the bleeders when I was bleeding them.

Now I know the first question you guys would ask is if they were working BEFORE the swap, well to be honest, I don't know. I haven't really driven the truck since buying it and since it was a manual drum setup all the way around I can't be sure either way. I can tell you the braking was piss-poor compared to my '74 K5.

I've pulled both rear drums and neither wheel cylinders are leaking and I've adjusted both sides shoes to drag lightly on the drums.

My guess would of been the wheel cylinders, but I've never heard of them going bad without leaking, plus what's the odds that both would be bad at the same time?

So guys, I am eager to hear your ideas.

My only thought is maybe the prop valve is for some reason cutting off pressure to the rear brakes?
