Re: 67-72 Nascar Theme?
I have seen this one in person. Most people don't even realize it started life as a 4 door Charger. Awesome work.

Re: 67-72 Nascar Theme?
You're probably looking for full size trucks, but here's one by Hot Wheels. Terry Labonte/Kelloggs.

Re: 67-72 Nascar Theme?
Earlier this year on Ebay I seen a 1968 Chevy C10 with a 1998 stepside bed that was painted up like Dale Jrs #88 National Guard Scheme. but im having trouble uploading the picture.
Hey 68 50th where did you find that pic? That truck looks pretty sweet do you have a pic of the Red Mid 70's C10 parked in front of it? Last edited by Kel's 72 GMC; 08-18-2008 at 04:06 PM. |

Re: 67-72 Nascar Theme?
Eh, putting a nascar theme on a old truck to me is one of the things that is right up there on the though shalt not list, in fact, it is right next to not wearing glitter in my truck...

Re: 67-72 Nascar Theme?
Hey thanks guys!!
I wanna do this beacause of my business,i sell reflective mototcycle gear n thought that would be a GOOD idea to do this beacause of the free advertising. The difference is mine would be with reflective numbers and letters as such...

Re: 67-72 Nascar Theme?
Oh yeah Guyz.... It would be a body wrap(removable) NOT PAINT! So when its time to build a magazine cover truck it'l be easy.
I'm lookn for a cheap advertising alternative. I even thought of this idea i call it STREET RACER theme. The compact car scene uses this them to the extreme. My truck is white so all i need is the black wheels n my logo on the door etc.

Re: 67-72 Nascar Theme?
not really a truck, but a burb lowered on some 295 50r 15's all around, with white letters and blacked out wheels..........now only if it had a nascar craftsman truck style paint job
edit: i thought about doing this at one time Last edited by project 67 sub; 03-18-2009 at 06:19 PM. |
