need a truck hauled
Does anyone here from Western Canada know any companies that could move a 1978 c20 from Cranbrook BC to Vernon BC or a storage facility within the area.
My Father is moving from cranbrook and doesnt have time to do anything with it, and does not have a trailer that is heavy duty enough to move the truck. The truck has a bunch of parts on the engine that are still new and very useful and if the truck isnt moved in the next couple weeks it will have to go for scrap.... I really hate to see this truck go to the crusher when it has so many good mechanical parts and so much potential... Also because of a recent layoff i am very tight on cash as i have went from working as a welder making $28/h down to the only availible job at subway making 9.50/h... If anyone is up for it... let me know and i will pay all i can.. or if anyone wants the truck, its yours... just as long as it doesnt have to go to the crusher... maybe im wierd but i have a moral opposition to crushing classics that still have potential to be great again. the only thing i asked is that if someone is taking the vehicle that they can remove the intake and carb, they are practically brand new and I have uses for them else where. Thanks to all who read, Cory
