ECM Reprogramming

So recently I've decided to go ahead and switch over to Multi-Port Injection, just for fun. Today I found something great: an entire fuel injection system, including everything but the sensors themselves (and the electric fuel pump i need) already ripped out and polished in great condition at the wrecking yard for $350. So, thinking it was out of an 87 camaro 305, I gleefully took it home, only to check on the vin that it was really out of an 87 trans am 350. Even better! Mine is a 350 by the way. I was hoping this would mean no reprogramming of the ECM for me, but I wasn't sure. My 350 has a bigger cam, headers, flowmasters, lifters, and heads, none of which are stock. Is this too much change for the ECM, or would it just compensate?
