55-57? Large rear window cab section FS

I'm not sure exactly how many years this will fit but it's in pretty good shape. There is a small rusty section seen in the last pic, and there is a cut below the window opening about 3 feet long in the outer section.(pic 2) Other than that it looks straight and solid. $200 or best offer, plus shipping.

Do you think it could be shipped to Calgary, Canada on the Greyhound bus?

Now I am wondering what the top of that cab looks like.

I need to replace the part over top of the front windshield due to rust caused by a rodent's nest.
