My numbers don't match but it sure looks right. If you could check some measurements I think I could take the chance. Center of the steering gear shaft hole to the center of the tie rod end hole needs to be about 5 1/2 inches and the width across where the clamp bolt goes through should be about 2 1/2 inches. If these measurements match consider it sold.
