Corvette Column

I was driving my brother-in-laws 78 Vette around this weekend and was checking out the steering column. Anyone ever used a Corvette Steering column in our trucks?

Granted, I have no idea how much one would even go for. So the cost might make it unreasonable.

Edit: Didn't even think about it not having a shifter. Guess it could work for manual trans though.

Re: Corvette Column

My ex father In Law's 75 vette had a manual in it and the column moves when you shif the 4 speed if i remember correctly. That was how the Neutral safety switch worked.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
