Highlander?

I was taking some pics of my 72 this week to prep for some tear down, clean, paint, minor mods, etc. Well I took a pic of the SPID as well and noticed the last couple of line on the right were promotional lines. The last reading "Avocado Highlander". Is this indeed a Highlander truck?

Here is the SPID

Re: Highlander?

Thanks for the info 71 Super.

The only bad thing is that at some point the VIN was reassigned for some reason. I have no idea why. I have the original title so it's not a salvage title or anything. Will that hurt the value a lot or is it not a big deal? I have no plans to sell or anything and right now the truck has a big block in it (I do have the numbers matching 350 still). I am just curious about what I actually have now. I've had this truck for 25 years and this just caught my attention.

Re: Highlander?

The seat WAS great until my dad had it recovered this year because he didn't like the green and white colors. He drives it fairly regularly since it's more or less a farm truck now and he hates green and white.....and avocado's. Wait till I tell him it's an Avocado highlander.
