Welcome to the board! My first project in High School was a '73 Chevy, and was probably in the exact same condition as yours. I learned a lot from having that truck, as I am sure you will from having yours! Welcome to the gear head life!

I think the exterior is perfect... Esp is you want to build a rat/shop truck... Although I may be a little biased! Lol. Lower it,letter it, weld up the floors and rock it... This way if you decide to make it nice you can collect parts while still enjoying it... Go in to my profile and check out the pics of mine... Might be a little inspiration.. Keep us posted..

That’s sort along the lines of what I was thinking about doing. I'll cheek it out.
