CHeck this out, www.advanceadapters.com is selling brand new Vortec motors, complete oil pan to FI.
http://www.advanceadapters.com/acrobat/enginfo.pdf They come with all accessories, computer, wiring, starter, turn key. right about $5k for the 5.4 and $5.7k for the 6.0l.
