Rough Country 4" Lift

Has anyone else used the Rough Country 4" lift for our trucks? I received my lift last week, and the rear springs are not even close to the correct dimensions. I ordered the 56" rear springs, but they are only about 53", so the shackle is contacting the hanger bracket without any weight hanging on the spring. The spring eyes are also about 3/4" too narrow. I am getting no responses to attempts to contact their tech support. Anyone else run into this problem.

Ain't that a *****, I just ordered mine yesterday, a four inch as well but I went with blocks cuz i'm a cheap bastard. I heard the front springs are too narrow but we'll see when I get it.

Re: Rough Country 4" Lift

friend of mine has one, supposed to be a four inch, installed ok but does ride stiff. considering these pickups ride like tanks and you can run over a dime and tell if it is heads or tails...we thought nothing of it. Ordered nationals for mine; took forever but haven't driven it yet to see if the $ was worth it.
