Question 250 points to hei question

engine seems to run a little rough now? can i use the same plugs,and is the gap different between points and hei? also what is the base timing supposed to be?thanks

I used the original base timing & plugs (set @ .035 gap).

Gap them to .045 or .050 and you'll have better luck. I think the timing is 6 or 8 degrees BTDC.
