Master cylinder/brake booster install

So I bought a brand new master cylinder/brake booster assembly from Classic Performance Parts out here in Cali. Looks really nice. I installed it and forgot to bench bleed the master cylinder. Now the Brake pedal is stuck on the floor! Should I remove it and try bench bleeding? Or maybe the linkage isn't at the right position? First time swapping one of these out so any help is definately appreciated. Also, the vacuum lines aren't hooked up as the engine is at the machine shop. Would the vacuum make a difference?

If the master cylinder has air in it (and brake lines), then there is not enough fluid pressure to push it back up. Basically making the brake pedal dead. Bench bleeding the MC should get you most of the way there, and then bleed the brake lines.
