I'm a little new around here. Never seen one of these:

there is no way you CAN'T make money on that!
They aren't common anymore, no, but they did sell a bunch... 7271 were built in 69, more than 2/3s of them was 1/2 ton.

CG is getting close on his i think.He posted some pics of it coming home from the paint shop.Mine is a driving resto so it's driveable and not too ugly.Josh(the BB owner) has one I think it's inTx. and he's in NC,I think there are a few more on the BB but not many..They're not rare unless it's a 4X4 but most were used as plumbing/work trucks and had the crap used out of them.If it runs and drives for $4 bills it's a great deal.Even a little work to get it roadworthy and use as a beater that price is a steal.

Check it out- that Panel has a truck door on it!

I'll bet the wind don't hardly whistle through that much at all! Truth is, I think if I had the skills I would try and use a truck door and fab the body to fit it, then shave the drip rail along the side of the body and leave it around the windshield and doors, and then follow down the door like on a truck. I've seen another one somewhere with kinda that same window cut into the side.
