Unhappy rear end help

hi need info on trailing arms coil rear i guess chevy did not plan on someone using this truck every day for fourty years , rust is taken over and with a utility box on it i cannot hold shock mounts either anyone ever made these pieces from scratch tks jr

Check Early Classic Enterprise or board venders for those parts. That will be the fastest way, but Yes. Plenty of guy have built their own trailing arms and brackets. You will need to be a good welder to build suspension parts safely.
