I bought these for my old GMC but never put them in, one has a couple of holes drilled for the factory screws, and one seems a little warped , maybe how it's been sitting on the shelf. They have the plastic backing.

Other than that these are like new check out the pics and judge for yourself...

They are packed and ready to ship, the dimensions of the box is 2"tall 25" wide and 37" long they weigh 12 LBS..and my zip is 91711 if you want to check USPS shipping.

Asking $150.00
